REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Articles in original condition may be exchanged within (15) days of purchase or issued a store credit.

Layaway Policy:

Layaway accounts are set up with a deposit of 25% and up to (3) monthly payments. Canceled layaways will be issued a store credit and are not refundable.

Special Orders:

Special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. A special order constitutes any out of stock merchandise ordered, custom made or altered to the customers request.

Gemstone Enhancement:

If your purchase includes a gemstone, please note that many gemstones have historically been enhanced to improve color and / or stability.

Servicing and Cleaning:

Clarkes Jewelers will clean your jewelry free of charge. We recommend that you take advantage of this service at least twice a year.
