APPRAISALS
During our appraisal process, your pieces are inspected by our experts to determine monetary value. We ask that you provide any documentation you have regarding the jewelry to be appraised. All appraisals follow the current guidelines of the American Gem Society.

Schedule Your Custom Appointment.
Visit, call or text us to set up a custom appointment. Bring any stones or jewelry you would like to incorporate into the design, along with photos for inspiration or even a sketch.
Create Concept.
A sales associate will help you figure out the details, weigh all of the options and guide you through each step for creating a custom piece of jewelry.
See It.
We will create a complete 360-degree computer image of the ring, so you can see your custom piece come alive. We can adjust every detail until you tell us it’s exactly right.
Try It.
Once the details are ironed out and the computer image is perfect, we will print a wax cast. This is what the mounting will look like, and you can even try it on. Seeing the wax cast in person will help identify any other details that need to be adjusted.
