More From the time I let them know the model I was interested in, up until I picked it up, the customer service was outstanding. There was a bit of a waiting period for this watch, but they took the extra step of checking in with me regularly and providing updated information as it became available to let me know that they hadn’t forgotten about me. I love that Clarkes is a locally-owned and operated family business that cares about making their clients feel special. I highly recommend Clarkes Jewelers and look forward to working with them again soon.

After having read online about the long delays one can expect after placing an order for a Rolex I ... More was pleasantly surprised when my Submariner arrived in about 90 days. My sales representative, Nicole, was very helpful in explaining the purchasing process to me and what to expect after having placed my order. Once I “got the call” she made the purchase a memorable one by presenting me my new Submariner and going over how to care for the watch. Overall a fantastic and memorable experience for purchasing my first Rolex.
